Every month, Design Milk highlights an artist for their long-running Designer Desktops series. Design Milk is a renowned design resource with over a million Twitter followers & over two million page views a month. In December, I was hand-picked to kickoff their 2016 Designer Series. I was ecstatic. I partnered with Design Milk to create a custom desktop + mobile wallpaper as well as product designs, including phone cases, MacBook sleeves, and Apple Watches for the Casetify x Design Milk Collection.

Redbubble's Featured Artist

I work with several print-on-demand websites, but Redbubble is one of my favorites. They do an impressive job supporting the artists in their community. They recently selected me as their Featured Artist for November 2015. Beth Caird interviewed me for the article, which you can read here.

CatCoq x Madewell: Pop-Up Shop

When Madewell announced they were opening up a new store at the Kansas City Plaza, I was thrilled! (I'm a huge fan of their modern aesthetic & quality denim.) Shortly before their launch, Madewell approached me to partner with them and host a pop-up shop to celebrate their new location. Madewell has become a champion of supporting local artists, and a couple months later, I was setting up shop in their new store for a one-day event.

CRAFTing it up in KC

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to open up a booth alongside about a hundred KC-local artists, artisans and vendors during the CRAFT pop-up event, hosted by Chick Events. It. Was. Epic.

In addition to loads of local talent, CRAFT drew in plenty of KC food & drink vendors as well. By the end of day one, I was stuffed with some of KC's best offerings: Oasis Food's hummus, a cheese plate from Green Dirt Farm, some tasty treats from Dolce Bakery, and plenty of Boulevard beer. Yum.

Coming Soon: Pop-Up Shop with Madewell

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, October 24th, I'll have a pop-up shop at Madewell at their new Plaza location in Kansas City. I've stocked up on a ton of prints and stationery cards, which I'll have for sale from 1–3 p.m. that afternoon. Can't wait to see you guys there!

Arts in Motion: Redbubble Campaign

Redbubble recently launched their Art in Motion campaign and I am stoked to have my work included. It was awesome to see this breakdancer wearing my "Treat Yo Self" t-shirt in the promo video. The only thing that would have made it cooler is if she were simultaneously sipping a mimosa.

Red Dirt Shop: Goods for Good

I was thrilled to partner with Kansas City's Red Dirt Shop to stock their shop with new products. Red Dirt has a "Goods for Good" initiative– with every product they sell, Red Dirt in turn partners with Water.org to fund one year of clean water access for someone in need.

Lizzie Velasquez: Little & Fierce

I was scrolling through my Instagram feed and was floored when I saw Lizzie Velasquez's post. I feel incredibly honored that Lizzie Velasquez chose my "Little & Fierce" phone case design.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Lizzie, she is an advocate for anti-bullying and works to instill her fighting spirit and importance of positive body image to men and women all over the world. She has overcome so many challenges in her life and I encourage all of you to watch her TED Talk.
